  • While every effort is made to ensure a high standard of care, Devilin Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, worn trim, or damaged fabrics that may become more noticeable during or after cleaning.

  • We use professional-grade products and equipment. However, Devilin Detail accepts no liability for issues resulting from manufacturer defects, poor prior repairs, or previous product misuse on the vehicle.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Devilin Detail will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.

  • All services are carried out at the customer’s risk, and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any sensitive areas or concerns prior to work beginning.

  • By leaving your vehicle in our care, you consent to photographs or videos being taken before and after the service, which may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
