By booking a service with Devilin Detail, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

While every effort is made to ensure a high standard of care, Devilin Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, worn trim, or damaged fabrics that may become more noticeable during or after cleaning.

We use professional-grade products and equipment. However, Devilin Detail accepts no liability for issues resulting from manufacturer defects, poor prior repairs, or previous product misuse on the vehicle.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Devilin Detail will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.

All services are carried out at the customer’s risk, and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any sensitive areas or concerns prior to work beginning.

By leaving your vehicle in our care, you consent to photographs or videos being taken before and after the service, which may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Devilin Detail, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability.

We may request a deposit to confirm your appointment.

Customers must ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
-
No-shows may result in full payment being required before rebooking.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

Devilin Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Inform us of any areas of concern, damage, or modifications before work begins.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including swirl marks, scratches, or worn interiors that may become more visible after detailing.

Devilin Detail is not responsible for faults or failures arising from poor previous repairs, weak paintwork, or manufacturer defects.

Services are carried out at the customer’s own risk.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Devilin Detail.
6. Marketing & Media Use

We may take before and after photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.

If you prefer your vehicle not to be photographed or shared online, please let us know in advance.
7. Weather & Safety

Outdoor appointments may be affected by extreme weather. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.
8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if a vehicle is in an unsafe condition, poses a health risk (e.g., hazardous materials), or if a customer behaves abusively.
